What are the shipping and dispatch times?
All LuxxDrops only orders will be dispatched in 2-4 business days.
Refunds for LuxxDrops:
We cannot accept returns on LuxxDrops as we are dealing with edible products. Please make sure you carefully select your flavours. You will only be eligible for a return, refund or replacement if the product arrives damaged or the wrong flavours are sent.
We do not take responsibility for missing orders once they have been marked "delivered" by Australia Post, Please make sure you have a safe place for parcels to be left.

What if my product is damaged in transit?
If the item you received is damaged on delivery please contact us or email within 24 hours of delivery. Please send your order number, your name and address, details of the product .We will then either arrange for the damaged item/s to be replaced or refund you the original cost of the damaged item/s. Photo evidence will be required of the packaging and product damages.
