In 20km of our Bentley warehouse? Lucky you! We offer same day delivery, making gift giving that whole lot easier and that whole lot more exciting for the lucky receiver!
LuxxDrops now offer same day or scheduled deliveries, Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. Same day delivery cut off is 9am on the delivery day.
Your order will be delivered on the scheduled day to the nominated address exactly as recorded in your order, so please ensure these details are clear and correct.
We recommend sending parcels to a business address, or address where someone will be home during the day to ensure safest delivery. If the delivery address is unattended on the nominated delivery date, and the recipient unable to be contacted, LuxxDrops will leave the order in accordance with the instructions given in the order or at the closest position to the front door of the delivery address considered reasonably safe by the driver. Proof of delivery (time and placement) will be recorded. We do not take responsibility for missing orders once they have been marked "delivered" by our drivers, Please make sure you have a safe place for parcels to be left.
If the delivery location is unable to be found and we are unable to contact either the recipient or purchaser to obtain clear delivery instructions while the driver is at the location, the order will either be returned to LuxxDrops and will be available for collection in our Perth office from the next working day where it will remain for pickup for 10 working days , or re-delivered on a subsequent day to another address once a redelivery fee is paid.
If the order contains any alcoholic products, the person receiving the gift must be over 18 years old
Refunds for LuxxDrops:
We cannot accept returns on LuxxDrops as we are dealing with edible products. Please make sure you carefully select your flavours. You will only be eligible for a return, refund or replacement if the product arrives damaged or the wrong flavours are sent.
We do not take responsibility for missing orders once they have been marked "delivered" by Australia Post, Please make sure you have a safe place for parcels to be left.

What if my product is damaged in transit?
If the item you received is damaged on delivery please contact us or email within 24 hours of delivery. Please send your order number, your name and address, details of the product .We will then either arrange for the damaged item/s to be replaced or refund you the original cost of the damaged item/s. Photo evidence will be required of the packaging and product damages.
